Tai helps men and women who are navigating stress and related health conditions such as high blood pressure, weight challenges, and other stress-related concerns take better control of their health—while also rebuilding their confidence and emotional strength.

What makes her unique as a coach is how she combines her medical background with her personal healing journey. She understands that when your health feels out of control and stress feels overwhelming, it doesn’t just affect your body—it impacts your mindset, motivation, and belief in what’s possible for your life.

In her own journey, Tai has done the work of breaking harmful cycles and building healthier habits. She learned how to reduce stress triggers, became alcohol-free, lost 40 pounds, and gained control over her health. She also made the decision to leave a six-figure nursing career to focus fully on helping others heal and grow.

Through her guidance, clients have seen improvements in their blood pressure and blood sugar levels, feel more comfortable in their bodies, and finally begin reaching goals that once felt out of reach.
